Lea Guide

Lea tells you how fine the linen yarn is. It matters most for unstitched fabric.

What is Lea?

Lea is a count used for linen yarn. Higher Lea means a finer, usually lighter cloth. Lower Lea feels thicker and more rustic.

Stitched shirts and kurtas already have the cloth chosen. On those products pick colour and size, not Lea.

How to choose

For most shirts start around 40–50 Lea. For a heavier look choose lower Lea. For a dressier summer cloth choose higher Lea.

Also check colour and width on the product page. Unstitched quantity is in meters.
